Shipping & Returns

All our orders are shipped latest the day after order placement during the normal business week.  
 

Shipping in the U.S.
Shipping is $5.95 within the continental U.S. Shipment will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $59.
2nd Day Air Shipment is also available at a cost of $14.95.

Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada is $12.95 and $7.95 on orders over $59.
Orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Expedited delivery is availble at $19.95. You can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days. 
Shipments into Canada are shipped duty paid by us but depending on the time of year, there can be a slowdown at the U.S. / Canada border. 
 

International Shipping
The Perfume Lounge ships to many international destinations.
International Shipping starts at $20.00. Delivery is usually within 6 to 15 business days but can at times take longer. We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS based on final destination.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. Most small orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Delivery Information
Once your payment is secured we will send you a separate email within 24 hours that will include updated delivery details. Depending on the time of day that you place your order, it will be processed either the same day or latest next day. Please make allowances for weekend and holidays.

Returns
Should there be a problem with your order and want to return your product please contact us as soon as possible after receipt. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. Returns must be sent at your expense and a restocking charge will apply. Your refund will be processed once the product is received at our end.

Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Contact us at by email at info@theperfumelounge.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, return instructions, and return mailing address.
2. Clearly print the return mailing address, including your RA number on your package and on your Return Form.
3. Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit.
4. Return the package to us using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
5. Once we receive your returned package we will issue your refund.
